Goal achieved! The result of many years of experience in developing temperature measuring and controlling technology is our JC-series,
equipped with ingenious hard- and software, suitable for simple controlling systems. We have the JC-series impresses by its optimized
function range, a very good controlling performance, simple operation as well as a competitive price.

7.2 Solid State Relay |
| |
Often the power of the heating element is too high to be switched directly by the controller.
In this case conventional contactors or electronic solid state relays are needed.
The JCS 33A/R can switch max. 3A (690W) at 230V AC with its internal relay. For higher currents
and permanent operation it is necessary to use a controller with a direct current output (S)
to drive a solid state relay. The output creates a potential free current of 12V being able
to switch one of the following solid state relays:
| |
Solid state relay TXSS.001 without cooling element and mounting rail 240V/25A Use: to be mounted on a metal sheet or a plastic surface, not cooled only applicable up to 10A
| |
Solid state relay TXSS.005 without cooling element, with mounting rail 240V/25A Use: to be mounted on a standard top hat rail, not cooled only applicable up to 10A
| |
Solid state relay TXSS.002 with cooling element and mounting rail 240V/25A Use: to be mounted on a standard top hat rail, applicable up to 25A
| Special types for higher currents and/or three phase on request. |

7.3 Stationary Controller Unit |
| |
| |
This series have been developed in order to cover the need for easy-to-use controllers without dispensable accessories.
However, the controller unit has a fast micro processor with self-optimizing Typical applications for this series are
simple control paths. As this series is not prepared for additional extras, it distinguishes by an excellent price-performance-ratio.

7.4 Multi Channel Control Unit |
| |
| |
A new part of our controller spectrum is the multi channel control unit developed for hot runner applications.
Available with four, six, eight and twelve channels this units shows a perfect possibility to have a secure, easy to handle
controller with a very good price/performance ratio. Each channel is able to handle up to 10A at an individual
level. At thermocouple brake each controller has the option for proportional work mode.
The metal case of the multi channel controller is robust and designed for everyday operation in the injection
moulding production. Power supply is via 3 metre cable with CEE plug. The controller has been designed to meet the
requirements of hotrunner applications. The preset control parameters and abandoning dispensable options make the
controller comprehensible and operable for everyone.
